"I recently had a storm damage my home and automobiles. I have never been through anything like it. Trying to call someone on the phone I would be put on hold for and hour plus, As I could not stay on hold due to work requirements I simply did not know how to move forward correctly. Nick helped me get into contact with the correct departments and when I had an issue , Nick helped me get in touch with the correct evaluators to receive a accurate breakdown and valuation on my damaged properties . I felt like a nag because it would seem like, Hey Nick, Its me again calling. However, he was very courteous in all conversations and everything was settled. So now I can get repairs needed and move on with my life. Thank you SINCERELY to all the staff as I feel this establishment went out of their way to help me figure everything out.
